Gallia Palace Hotel - Relais & Chateaux, Punta Ala

I couldn't have asked for a more relaxing and convenient stay. The rooms were not only small but also ill-functional, with a pointless large hall, malfunctioning bathroom, barely operational air conditioner, and a bed with a rock-hard mattress. On the bright side, all the essentials were provided, and the experience was excellent overall.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the rooms were spacious but poorly designed with some functional issues like the air conditioner not working well and uncomfortable hard mattresses, the beds were surprisingly comfortable. Additionally, the noise from the corridor and outside was quite bothersome. However, the location was lovely with beautiful gardens and easy access to the beach. The service was professional and efficient, though lacking a personal touch. The dining experience left much to be desired with repetitive meals and a lackluster buffet setup.
